Upgrade your microwave potcorn into a culinary party mix.
What You’ll Need
1 bag popped Pop-Up Potcorn
1-2 cups of your favorite mixed nuts
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons rosemary, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon Aleppo pepper
How to Make it
Toast nuts in a 350ºf oven on a baking sheet until fragrant and golden.
Cool for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, salt, rosemary, cayenne and Aleppo pepper.
Add toasted nuts, toss to coat well.
Add popcorn, toss again to coat evenly. Taste, and adjust salt or spice as needed. Serve to your guests and watch them be impressed.
